Loan Syndications and Trading is responsible for the arranging and underwriting of syndicated loan transactions. Through the establishment of excellent placement capabilities, BNP Paribas is the leading arranger of syndicated loans within the Gulf region where transactions have been arranged/underwritten for both large and mid-sized companies, financial institutions as well as for project related financings.

Media & Telecom Finance has a specific focus on the telecommunications market within the Gulf region. Working with relationship coverage, the team focuses on financing needs of the telecom companies with a view to extending financing to support acquisitions or for just working capital purposes.

In addition to the transactions outlined above, Media & Telecom Finance were also closely involved in the highly prestigious mandates for MTC and Wataniya for US$ 4,000,000,000 and US$ 1,000,000,000 respectively.

Acquisition Finance focuses specifically on the acquisition related activities within the region. The team work closely with relationship coverage in terms of assisting the strategic growth plans of certain clients through the extension of financing to support acquisitions.
